happy pride month! tour of my pride den

(wow, two posts in one day? look i just needed to get this one out before june ended)

it's june, which means it's pride month!

i've been making this pride den for about a year, so i decided i'd show it off for the occasion

(if you don't know, pride month is a month dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ people and the struggle for LGBTQ+ acceptance.)

first off, we have this (kinda ugly ngl) rainbow walkway made up of a bunch of starfish rugs! there's also a rainbow banner on the front of the den (fun fact: that item was rereleased this june... wonder if that's a coincidence :) )

next up, we've got the first room! there's the progress pride flag (symbolizes the whole lgbtq+ community (along with the rainbow flag)) on the first wall, and banners forming a rainbow on the second wall. there's rainbow pillows on the floor and the first half of the rainbow couches

also rainbow arctic wolf plushies :]

over here we have the rest of the couches, and some more flags! the green one is the aromantic (someone who doesn't feel romantic attraction) flag- that's what i am! (and that's why i have the flag lol)

next is the "gender wall". the top left flag is the transgender (someone who's a different gender than the gender they were assigned at birth) flag. funny story about that one: i was at a den shop w/ pride flags and someone was like "hey do you want this" and gave it to me for free

bottom right is a drawing of juno on top of the nonbinary (someone who isn't a boy or a girl) flag. i think it's pretty awesome that one of the alphas canonically is referred to with they/them pronouns, so i drew that masterpiece a while ago to commemorate it (honestly don't love how it looks anymore but i still like the message)

over here we have some rainbow flowers and foxes, and that's it!
